To keep on the path of sharing a healthy pizza here is my version of the classic pizza recipe. To find the recipe on the crust you will need to click here.
After I make my crust I add a thin layer of my sauce.
In a separate pan I cook my sausage and then drain to remove as much excess grease as possible. I top the pizza with my cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. On 1/4 of the pizza I added chopped pineapple because I love pineapple as a topping.
This was gone in seconds and one item my family loves! My son has no idea its cauliflower which is great. I also love the fact I am not taking in all the normal carbs as I would if I picked up a normal pizza.
