Oatmeal Cookies but in a Shake While Eating Healthy
I love oatmeal cookies but don't want the calories. Here is a shake that gives me the flavor!!
1 tbs chocolate sugar free pudding mix
1/8 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp chocolate chips
1/2 c cottage cheese
1 scoop protein powder
2 packets of splenda
6 ice cubes
1/2 c water
2 tbs oats
Put all items in blender and blend until you reach the consistency you like! This is the perfect after dinner treat! I also find it works great for my 3:30 snack when I am really craving something sweet!
