Looking for Candy to Eat While Eating Healthy

I am always looking for a sweet treat after dinner and around 3:30 in the afternoon. Here are a couple of ideas to have on hand while staying within a good calorie count.

Skinny Cow Chocolate Candy Bar Crisp =110- 120 calories

1/4 cup Peanut M&M's =220 calories

2 Snack Size Twix= 100 calories

5 Starburst Candy pieces

4 Hershey Kisses= 100 calories

3 Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup= 160 calories

Even when trying to stay on track you can have a little something sweet!!!!
